Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using secretservice.club's website, loader, account services, or Discord community (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account secure.
• One account per person unless staff explicitly authorizes otherwise.
• You may not sell, trade, share, or transfer accounts or invite access.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. License

secretservice.club grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

4. Subscriptions & payments

• Access to paid features requires an active subscription or other authorized entitlement.
• Prices, billing intervals, and payment methods are shown at checkout. Third-party processors such as Stripe may handle card payments on our behalf.
• You agree not to initiate fraudulent payments, chargebacks, or other payment abuse.
• Unless required by applicable law, all purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or prorated refunds.

5. Digital product delivery

The Software and Service are digitally delivered. Upon successful purchase, you receive immediate electronic access. You agree that:

• No physical goods will be shipped.
• No tracking number or signed proof of delivery is required.
• Account access records, entitlement grants, and related usage logs may be used as evidence that delivery occurred.

6. Prohibited activities

You may not:

• Copy, distribute, modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the Software.
• Use the Software for illegal activities, or for unauthorized redistribution, resale, or sharing of licenses or access.
• Run the Software on cloud services or virtualized environments without explicit written permission from us.
• Attempt to bypass, remove, or alter any license verification, security, or anti-tamper mechanisms.
• Use the Software to violate third-party Terms of Service or End-User License Agreements (EULAs).
• Leak, redistribute, or interfere with the Software or related systems.

The loader and related software are provided only to authorized users with valid entitlements. Downloading the loader constitutes acceptance of these terms. You may use the Software only in supported environments described in our documentation.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to comply with applicable laws and staff instructions. Harassment, misrepresentation, security abuse, credential sharing, and attempts to circumvent enforcement are prohibited. Staff enforcement decisions are final.

8. Suspension & termination

We may warn, restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate access at any time if we believe you violated these terms or applicable law. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including software, branding, website content, and related materials, is owned by secretservice.club or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without permission.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SECRETSERVICE.CLUB AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (USD $50).

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless secretservice.club and its operators from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that disputes will be handled in courts located in the United States, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

14. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
